Healthy Transformation

The Healthy Transformation Weight Loss Program was designed to stimulate your metabolism to burn unhealthy fat while giving your body important nutrition for overall health—helping you to look and feel better.

Fundamentals of FirstLine Therapy®

The path to optimal health begins with understanding how to implement healthy lifestyle behaviors. We are using a whole foods modified Mediterranean diet, regular physical activity, appropriate nutritional supplementation with condition-specific nutrients, stress management, and proper sleep.

Getting started is easy!

To more accurately assess your changes, it’s important to get a good baseline of your current health condition. Your healthcare provider may perform a variety of health assessments including, body composition testing (body fat versus lean muscle mass).

What is a BIA?

Your provider will also request a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis or Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA). This is a painless, quick procedure that calculates your body composition and fluid compartments using an imperceptible electrical current passed through pads (similar to an EKG electrode) placed on one hand and foot as you lie comfortable and clothed on an exam table.
