EXERCISE FOR ALL BACK PAIN SUFFERERS

Regardless of their age, Watertown back pain patients benefit from exercise. Research’s best-evidence on rehabilitation for chronic low back pain states that spinal manipulation and pain neuroscience education combined with exercise with or without psychological therapy is useful. Including the psychological component to exercise seems to give better outcomes that last longer.
